How I directed my first end-to-end website build. The LX3 project, through its references, prompts and revisions, from a folder of raw assets to a live Shopify store, with a short prompt playbook for your own work.
Black and white, monospace, no stock photography. Every prompt is labelled: reconstructed, edited from the conversation, actual, or a new template.

The build as it happened, then the parts you can take with you.
So you know what you're getting. Replace the brackets with your own project.

Show me three distinct ways to solve [design problem]. Keep [constraint] consistent. Explain what changes in each and give me a recommendation. I will choose which one to develop.
I'm Damoy Robertson, Agency Lead at Red Hills Lab, a marketing agency for businesses with a physical space: boxing gyms, markets, panel talk series. I'm rebuilding how the agency works with AI and showing the work in public. LX3 was the first project I took from brief to launch this way.
If you want help doing the same for your business, or you've got a question about anything in the PDF, leave a message and I'll reply by email.
